"Why Our Dresses Cost Less"
Why our dresses cost less
(and what that actually means)
The question we get asked more than any other — answered properly, for once.
Every time someone tells us "this looks way more expensive than it was," we take it as the highest compliment we can get. But it also gets us the same question, over and over: how is this so affordable?
So here's the honest answer — no vague marketing language, just where your money actually goes.
We don't pay for celebrity campaigns
A lot of the price you pay for a dress elsewhere isn't fabric or stitching — it's a partnership fee, a runway show, or an ambassador contract. We'd rather put that money into better materials and pass the rest back to you.
We skip six markups, not corners
Every step between a factory and your wardrobe — wholesalers, department stores, agencies — adds a markup. We sell directly to you, which means fewer hands taking a cut before the dress ever reaches your door.
We spend less on being seen, more on being worth wearing
We're not running national ad campaigns or sponsoring events. We're a smaller team that would rather put the budget into fabric quality, sizing, and finishing than into billboards.
We still obsess over the details
Lower price was never the goal — it's a byproduct of how we choose to run the business. The fit, the stitching, the fabric weight still go through the same scrutiny you'd expect from any dress you'd wear on a night that matters.
Same silhouettes you love. Same finish you expect.
Just priced like it should be.
